Fanno Creek Trail
Fanno Creek Trail is a regional trail that extends from Tualatin to Portland, passing through Tigard, Beaverton and unincorporated Washington County. The vision dates back to 1975: a 15-mile walking and biking trail from the Willamette River in Southwest Portland to Fanno Creek's confluence with the Tualatin River.

Trail Closure Notice
June 16 - 18, 2026: Fanno Creek Trail will be closed from Grant Avenue to Main Street due to construction on Grant Avenue. Trail users can detour to either Johnson Street or the Tigard Street Heritage Trail on Tigard Street. New ADA ramps are being installed along Grant Avenue as part of the City's Pavement Management Program.
Trail Development
Completion of the Fanno Creek Trail in Tigard is a priority. The trail is being developed in segments, with current work on the projects listed in "Future Segments" below.
