Who is eligible to register for the portal?
Anyone is welcome to register and use the portal to access, request, and view Community Development services provided by the City.
What applications can I submit through the Community Development Hub?
All applications should be available online. If you are unable to locate the application you need, please contact us.
What forms are required for my application?
All required forms for each application type are available within the permit application description. To avoid delays, please ensure you are using the most up-to-date forms provided through the Community Development Hub portal.
Why did I receive two email reminders?
Our system performs a quick check to confirm that all scheduled emails were successfully delivered. Occasionally, if that confirmation is delayed, the system may re-send the email to ensure delivery. This can result in you receiving the same message twice. We apologize for any confusion and appreciate your understanding.
How can I create Favorite Contacts?
To create Favorite Contacts within your application:
- Search for the contact you want to save as a favorite.
- In the search results, click the ⭐ (star icon) next to the correct entry.
- Click on My Favorites to view the list of contacts you've saved.
- To use a favorite contact in your current application, click Add next to their name.
