    Path to Net-Zero

The City of Tigard is partnering with the Energy Trust of Oregon to save energy and save money for residents, business owners, and developers in Tigard.

The Energy Trust is a non-profit organization funded through a charge on utility bills. They provide technical assistance and cash-back incentives for a variety of upgrades and new development to reduce energy consumption. By reducing the impact of energy costs, Energy Trust can help businesses and industries compete and thrive.

Energy Trust

  • Whether you’re a resident interested in home upgrades, a business owner considering new equipment, or a developer preparing for new construction – there are cash incentives available for you.
  • Going for a green building certification? Energy Trust can help you get there – and provide cash back along the way.

  • For new buildings and tenant improvements: start with an early assistance meeting to see if it’s right for you – and qualify for a cash incentive just for attending.

Energy Trust

Working with Energy Trust, you’ll discover cash back options for:

  • Solar planning
  • Energy studies
  • Metering and certification
  • HVAC, lighting, water heating equipment, cooking appliances, and more
  • Eligibility for Path to Net Zero
  • Other market solutions
