Entry Rules

This year's contest has closed. Check back in the fall for information on the 2026-27 contest.

Posters: Grades 4-5
Format: Take a photo of the poster you designed and save as a PNG, JPEG, or PDF file.
• Open to students enrolled in grades 4 & 5 or being home-schooled at the same grade level for the 2025-26 school year.
• Students are encouraged to be creative and may use any art medium (paint, felt pens, colored pencils, pastels, crayons, 3Dart, etc.).

Essays: Grades 6-8
Format: Word, PDF, PowerPoint
• The essay contest is open to students enrolled in grades 6-8 or being home-schooled at the same grade level for the 2025-26 school year.
• Essays must be 500-1,000 words in length and typed.

Digital Media Presentations: Grades 9-12
Format: MP4 or online video format
• Open to students enrolled in grades 9-12 or being home-schooled at the same grade level for the 2025-26 school year.
• Presentations must be one to three minutes in length and may be submitted via email.
