Tigard Dog Parks

Update: 5/21/20

City of Tigard Dog Parks are Open
Dog parks are the first city service reimagined as part of citywide plans to open select recreation facilities. Parks Maintenance operations will be different than before COVID-19 closed city dog parks. Parks Maintenance must meet requirements like:

  • Frequent cleaning and disinfection of high-traffic areas and commonly touched surfaces.
  • Reinforcing the importance of maintaining at least six (6) feet of physical distance between parties through signs and education.
  • Prohibiting parties from congregating in parking lots.

Please help us keep the dog parks open! Obey posted signs requiring physical distancing (six feet), and stay home if you are sick. Baskets have been added to the fence to hold donated hand sanitizer.

Postso Dog Park: Parking Lot Construction

The Potso parking lot will be paved in June. The park will remain open through construction. Limited parking will be available along Wall Street, and you may be directed to an alternate gate to enter the park. Thank your for your patience as we work to improve the parking lot.
