Tigard is partnering with Tyler Technologies to improve city services.

As part of Tigard’s 2024 City Council Goals to modernize and improve city services, we’re implementing a new integrated software system, Tyler Technologies, designed specifically for government service tools such as utility bills, permit center services, service requests, and more.

Key to making Tigard a great place to live is making sure we’re using the best possible tools to do so. Switching over to Tyler Technologies will streamline processes, provide new features, and help improve communication to our customers.

Tyler Offers Solutions

Utility Billing - Launched October 28, 2024

• Easy to submit requests for stopping water and sewer services online
• View your utility usage history for the previous 2 years
• Learn more on our project site

Tigard Service Request - Launched January 28, 2025

• Submit requests for service all in one place! Requests can be for items such as fixing potholes, parks maintenance, water issues, tree issues, etc.
• Track your requests and view other requests to see how the city is responding
• Visit the new Tigard Service Request Portal

Community Development Hub - Launched June 2025

• Apply for engineering and trade permits 
• Apply for and renew licenses
• Request inspections
• Pay invoices
• Search records
