After a six-month delay, Tigard utility rates will increase on January 1, 2021 to pay for critical community services. For a typical household using 6 CCF of water monthly, bills will increase $5.94 per month.
Utility shut-offs are suspended and the city will not charge late fees for missed payments continuing until April 1, 2021.

Credits up to the full amount per month toward a residential customer’s bill through June 30, 2021. Up to $500 per month for commercial customers through June 30, 2021. Tigard Tenant Billing Credit provides:
