The City of Tigard is turning a big idea into action- transforming the old Tigard Regal Cinemas site on 72nd Avenue into a vibrant community space for everyone to enjoy!  This 9.25-acre property in the Tigard Triangle is a rare chance to create a new park and explore what else could make this space truly special.  

We’ve heard from over 300 Tigard residents who have shared their ideas for the future park and additional development.  City Council is evaluating community priorities and how they align with current goals.  You can check out the City Council Business Meeting on March 10th at 6:30 PM to hear the most recent updates.
