Project Need: Section 2013 of America’s Water Infrastructure Act of 2018 (AWIA) requires community water systems that serve more than 3,300 people to develop or update both a risk and resilience assessment (RRA) and an emergency response plan (ERP) every 5 years. The City of Tigard developed their first RRA on December 31, 2020 and ERP on June 30, 2021.
