Project Description

The project was originally going to place 100 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main line in SW Tigard Street and 70 feet of 6-inch sanitary sewer lateral to the Rotary Plaza restroom. After re-evaluating the project with community partners, the final decision was to remove the restrooms from the plaza. 

Timeline

The removal of the restroom started on July 7, 2026. Construction is estimated to be completed by the end of July. 

Operations and Maintenance Impact

There is an expected decrease in maintenance.
