Park Update- Universal Plaza temporary partial closure starting October 6, 2025

The temporary, partial closure of the plaza is needed to complete some warranty repairs of the asphalt. 

Food carts will be OPEN during construction, so please come on by!

The Farmers Market will be temporarily relocated to the City of Tigard Public Works Building (8777 SW Burnham) for their October 12th,19th, and 26th markets. It will return to the Plaza for next year’s season.

Park Description

A community gathering spot along the Fanno Creek Trail in the heart of downtown Tigard.

• Park is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM
• Interactive water feature & splash pad
• Opens 3^rd Monday in May – Closes 3^rd Monday in September (*Subject to change depending on weather conditions)

• Lighting throughout the plaza
• Bike and pedestrian connection and boardwalk overlooking Fanno Creek
