Proposal: The applicant is requesting a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to remove Goal 5 safeharbor protection of 0.03 acres of Tigard significant wetlands and associated vegetated corridor in order to perform emergency repairs to the SW 121st Ave bridge, replace and extend an existing sewer pipe, and stabilize the banks of Summer Creek. The applicant is also requesting a sensitive lands review for impacts to the special flood hazard area and drainageway.
