Take a deep breath of fresh air and join Samsara Yoga for a guided yoga session in the beautiful outdoors. All skill levels welcome, no experience necessary.

Adult 18+ | 5:30 PM (45-minute session) | Free | Universal Plaza | Walk-ins welcome | Bring your own mats - extra equipment may be available upon request | Instructor: Amie. Amie brings a grounded, mindful approach to every class, guided by the philosophy: “We do not use the body to get into the pose; we use the pose to get into the body.”

Parks & Rec is looking for Senior On-Call Recreation Aides to help lead our Middle School After School Program and assist in additional programs and events such as Kids’ Night Out, Day Camps, and more! You will start out working weekday afternoons for approximately 6 – 12 hours per week from September through June.
