Welcome to the Tigard Senior Center!

In partnership with Meals on Wheels People, the Tigard Senior Center invites you to be part of a vibrant and welcoming community where connection, wellness, and enrichment are at the heart of everything we do.

We offer a wide variety of activities to enjoy - from exercise classes and craft or game groups to educational presentations and special events.  There's something for everyone!

Our lunch program, provided by Meals on Wheels People, is available three days a week for adults aged 60 and over, and features delicious, scratch-made meals in a friendly, social setting where you can connect with others and build lasting friendships.

For those who are homebound or unable to join us in person, we also offer home-delivered meals, bringing delicious food and a friendly check-in right to your doorstep.  Sign up for Meal Delivery - Meals on Wheels People
