QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING - Comprehensive Plan Amendment SUMMER CREEK BRIDGE STABILIZATION Case Number: CMA2026-0001, and Sensitive Lands Review Case Number: SLR2026-0001

Proposal: The applicant is requesting a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to remove Goal 5 safeharbor protection of 0.03 acres of Tigard significant wetlands and associated vegetated corridor in order to perform emergency repairs to the SW 121^st Ave bridge, replace and extend an existing sewer pipe, and stabilize the banks of Summer Creek. The applicant is also requesting a sensitive lands review for impacts to the special flood hazard area and drainageway.
