Washington County small businesses - you're invited!

The Organized Retail Crime Association of Oregon (ORCAOR) invites you to the Washington County Small Business Chapter meeting on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Tigard City Hall (13125 SW Hall Boulevard). 

 Key topics of this meeting include:

  • What is ORCAOR?
  • Resources offered to small businesses
  • Meet organized retail crime investigators
  • Retail theft discussion

ORCAOR is a statewide crime-fighting partnership and is open to ALL members at no cost. This alliance allows retailers, financial sector, prosecutors and law enforcement to communicate about criminal activity impacting businesses on a real-time basis while preventing other partners from being victimized.
