Sound Bath Meditation

Relax and rejuvenate with Melissa Felsenstein of Inner Sounds Meditation. Specially tuned crystal bowls and gongs create a sound bath to help alleviate stress and ease listeners into meditative states. No yoga is practiced, simply sit or lay down and be immersed in meditative sounds. Bring your yoga mat or blanket if you want to stretch out on the floor!
