Come join us in celebration of National Park and Recreation Month with Pop Up in the Park! Awaken your appetite for fun, with action-packed fun like ready-to-play sports, games, crafts, bubbles and chalk, coming to Universal Plaza!

Every Pop Up is different, check out the special guests who will be joining us at this one:

Tigard Police will be at the event to join in on popsicles and conversations.
Oregon Music Academy: Instrument activities.
Tilton's Floor Gymnastics: Fun activities and prizes.

Food Carts will be open, so plan to grab a bite!

If able, plan to walk, bike or carpool to the park as limited parking is available.

The annual Festival of Balloons in Cook Park is a summer tradition. Dozens of balloons take flight in the early morning skies (weather permitting), while several events and activities provide fun for the entire family. Carnival rides, a 5K run, a car show and beer garden are among the festivities each year.
