The City of Tigard requests approval of improvements at Cook Park that are located within the floodway of the Special Flood Hazard Area. The improvements include: 

Cook Family Park Ballfield 2 Scoreboard

 CASE NO.: SLR2026-0002/CMOD2026-0001

The City of Tigard requests approval of a Sensitive Lands Review and Minor Modification to allow installation of a new 8’ x 20’ scoreboard behind the outfield fencing of the southern ballfield at Cook Park. The scoreboard will be located within the floodway of the Special Flood Hazard Area.
