QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING - Comprehensive Plan Amendment/Sensitive Lands Review HALL BOULEVARD PEDESTRIAN CROSSING Case Number: CMA2025-0003/SLR2025-0002
Proposal: The applicant is requesting a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to remove Goal 5 safeharbor protection of 127 square feet of Tigard significant wetland vegetated corridor in order to replace an existing pedestrian crossing for the Fanno Creek Trail. The applicant is also requesting a sensitive lands review for impacts to the FEMA floodway.
Approval Criteria: Statewide Planning Goals 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 11, and 12; Metro’s Urban Growth Management Functional Plan Titles 3 and 8; Tigard Comprehensive Plan Policies 1.1.2, 1.2.1, 2.1.3, 2.1.16, 2.1.17, 2.1.22, 5.1.1, 5.1.8, 5.1.10, 5.1.12, 6.2.1, 6.2.4, 7.1.7, 7.1.8, 7.1.10, 11.1.1, 11.1.6, 11.4.2, 12.1.1, 12.1.2, 12.2.4, 12.3.6, 12.4.1, 12.4.2, 12.5.1, and 13.1.1; and Tigard Community Development Code (TCDC) Chapters 18.140, 18.510, 18.710, and 18.79.
