QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING - Comprehensive Plan Amendment STEVE STREET PARK Case Number: CMA2025-0002

Proposal: The applicant is requesting a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to remove Goal 5 safeharbor protection of 0.03 acre of Tigard significant wetlands to construct an 8 ft wide pathway to provide park access from SW Steve St. 

Approval Criteria: Statewide Planning Goals 1, 2, 5, 8, and 12; Metro’s Urban Growth Management Functional Plan Title 8; Tigard Comprehensive Plan Policies 1.1.2, 1.2.1, 2.1.3, 2.1.8, 2.1.16, 2.1.22, 2.1.23, 5.1.1, 5.1.8, 5.1.10, 5.1.12, 6.2.1, 6.2.4, 8.1.2, 8.1.4, 8.1.17, 8.1.20, 11.1.1, 11.1.6, 11.4.2, 12.1.1, 12.1.2, 12.2.4, and 12.4.1; and Tigard Community Development Code (TCDC) Chapters 18.110, 18.140, 18.510, 18.710, 18.790, and 18.910.
