PUBLIC HEARING: Sanders Annexation (ZCA2025-00001)
Proposal: The applicant is requesting to annex one property, approximately 0.46-acres in size, into the City of Tigard in order to connect to city sewer. No development is proposed.

PUBLIC HEARING: River Terrace 2.0 Annexation (ANX2025-0001)
Proposal: The City of Tigard will consider the annexation of 39 properties added to the Urban Growth Boundary by Metro in 2024. These properties are part of the area collectively knows as River Terrace 2.0. These properties will retain the currently applicable Washington County zoning and development standards until the adoption of the River Terrace 2.0 Community Plan.
