Coloring Contest! Win Lunch with Chief McDonald

  • Date: -

Building a Better Tigard Coloring Contest

Tigard Police and Public Works need a new home! What do you think the new police station / public works building should look like? Get creative! You can even include drawings of police officers, cars and trucks or anything else you would like to add to the building.

We’ll be uploading everyone’s drawing to the Tigard Police Facebook page. We’ll let the community vote (by number of likes) on three winners (one per age group) who will be invited to lunch with Chief of Police Jamey McDonald!

Instructions:

  1. Print out a Coloring Contest sheet (with or without outline). Don't have a printer? Sheets are available in the police department lobby (13125 SW Hall Blvd).

  3. Fill out the required information on the back of the sheet to be considered. Contest is open to school-age Tigard residents.
  4. Drawings can be returned in-person at the Tigard Police Department records window, or you can mail submissions to:

In May 2026, the City of Tigard will be asking voters to support building one new, safe, combined facility for Tigard police and public works. This new facility will help keep your first responders safe so they can provide emergency service to you and your family when you need it most. Our current facilities are overcrowded, unsafe and cannot continue to support a growing City.
