Traffic Complaint Form

Tigard Police The Tigard Police Department Traffic Unit is dedicated to maintaining safe streets within the City of Tigard through pro-active, fair and consistent enforcement of the Oregon Revised Statutes and City Traffic Ordinances. One of our primary goals is to reduce the number of accidents within the City caused by people running red lights, stop signs and speeding through your neighborhoods.

Currently, there are three officers assigned to Tigard's Traffic Enforcement Unit. You may not see these officers in your neighborhoods, but they do patrol each neighborhood periodically. However, these limited patrols do not provide us with enough information about all traffic problems. To help us better serve your neighborhood, a form has been created to allow citizens to notify Tigard Police about traffic problems.

PLEASE be aware that Tigard Police Department can only respond to traffic issues within the city limits of Tigard.

Your name, address and phone number are not required, however it does help us to better serve you and address the problem.  Also, we may need to contact you for further information.
