Westside Property Managers Forum
Are you concerned about illegal activity that may be taking place or has occurred at your property? Are you aware that you may be able to take steps to avoid such unwanted activity? We are sure you want to keep your good tenants. However when problems repeatedly occur at rental properties, your good renters become frustrated and leave. Have you considered how much money those "undesirable tenants" cost you?

In partnership with several Washington County law enforcement agencies, Tigard Police wants to provide resources and assistance to help you maintain a safe property. Together, we can look at options for you as the manager or owner of the property. We can discuss ways Tigard Police can provide you information on criminal activity on your property when you may not be aware.

You can benefit from attending, learning and networking with other rental property owners and managers who have property nearby. Each month there will be a guest speaker addressing the issues that YOU are encountering. Most importantly, there will be police representatives from throughout Washington County to answer your questions and provide you assistance and information. Please join us.

Westside Landlord Forum
Join with your local Washington County Law Enforcement agencies for a MONTHLY forum that will includes:

Opportunities for networking with fellow rental property managers and rental property owners in your area.
Assistance with your problem-solving efforts. Obtain police perspective and insight in helping to further reduce crime related issues or problematic tenants at your property.
Information and referrals to help keep criminal activity away from your rental property!
Opportunity to get answers by a recognized rental property attorney on hand at every meeting.
