To report water, stormwater, sewer,
street or park emergencies outside regular business hours, an on-call Public Works staff
member can be reached via our after-hours answering service at 503-639-1554.
The City Has Switched to an Automated Phone Attendant
When you place a call to the City of Tigard's main number your call will now be answered by an
automated attendant. Callers may speak the staff member's name, 4-digit extension or
the subject they need help with. Additionally the system includes a staff directory.
A caller does not have to listen to the full greeting—you may speak or dial
at any time during the greeting.
To assist, the City has published phone directories (below) by staff name, work area and subject.
