Tigard Wells Fargo Bank on Scholls Ferry Robbed
On Thursday, August 5th, 2010 at about 4:28 pm, a lone female suspect entered the Lamb's Thriftway located at 12220 SW Scholls Ferry Road in Tigard. The suspect approached the Wells Fargo Banking center located within the grocery store and contacted an employee of the bank. The suspect presented a demand note for money to the victim. No weapon was implied or seen and no threats were made. The suspect did not speak.

The suspect is described as a white female adult, approximately 20-30 years old, 5'7"-5'8" inches tall, approximately 120lbs. with shoulder length, straight black hair. At the time of the robbery the suspect was wearing a tan, straw beach-type hat, large sun glasses, jean shorts, a purple shirt with straps and sandals. A witness reported that she might have a tattoo on her shoulder. She also carried a large, tan bag over her shoulder.

Tigard Police Officers searched the area along with a Beaverton K-9. No suspect was located. Tigard Police Detectives will continue to investigate. If anyone has information regarding the incident, they are asked to contact Tigard Police at 503-639-6168.
