Late Night Walgreen's Robbery — Suspect Arrested
A 26 year-old Portland woman is alleged to have robbed the Walgreen's Pharmacy located at 13939 SW Pacific Highway in Tigard Wednesday night. An employee of the store called 9-1-1 at approximately 10:45 p.m. to report the incident. The witness told police that an adult white woman approached the pickup area at the prescription drug counter inside the store and presented a hand written note demanding narcotics. Although no weapon was seen, the note alleged the suspect had one.

After the suspect obtained the items, she exited the store through the main doors. Minutes later her vehicle was spotted by a King City Police Officer who was monitoring the call and subsequent suspect details. The suspect's vehicle was stopped in the 17100 block of SW Pacific Highway in King City. The narcotics obtained in the robbery were located and placed into evidence. No one was injured during the incident.

The suspect, identified as Jenny Langley, DOB 050784, was taken into custody without incident. She was transported and lodged in the Washington County Jail on charges of Robbery II and Possession of a Controlled Substance; Schedule 1.
