Tigard Police Seize Marijuana and Plants From Tigard Home On December 15th, a search warrant was served at a home located at 11045 SW 106th Ave. in Tigard. At approximately 9:30 a.m. a host of Tigard Police Officers and Detectives made entry into the home and located a marijuana grow operation contained in the attached garage area. Operating on a tip and subsequent investigation, it culminated with Tigard Police securing a warrant to search the property. Police found 29 marijuana plants, of which 15 are mature. In addition to the plants, approximately 2 pounds of packaged marijuana was also located and seized as evidence from the home. The property owner, Tyler Goecks, 31, was in the home at the time the search warrant was conducted. Goecks was taken into custody without incident and was lodged at the Washington County Jail. Goecks is charged with the Manufacturing, Possession and Distribution of Marijuana. |
