Vehicle Plows Into Hair Salon-Three Injured
On Wednesday morning, December 10th at approximately 10:45 am, Tigard Police were dispatched to a report of a vehicle that crashed into a hair salon. The incident occurred at the Salon Dobler Swails located at 12950 SW Pacific Highway in Tigard. Rescue personnel from TVF&R arrived on scene along with police within minutes.

Emergency workers located three injured females inside the salon. Immediate rescue efforts ensued. One woman, a customer inside the salon at the time of the crash, was 68 year old Billie Freeman of Salem. She was transported by ambulance to OHSU with serious injuries. An employee of the salon, 47 year old Christine Lyons of West Linn, was taken by ambulance to Legacy Meridian Hospital. Another customer inside the salon injured was 51 year old Jill Dugan of Tigard.
