One Day...Three Big Ways to Recycle!

Recycle your e-waste, have sensitive documents shredded, and safely dispose of fluorescent light bulbs at this one-stop event on Saturday, October 4, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The event will be held at the Fowler Middle School parking lot, 10865 SW Walnut Street, at the corner of Walnut Street and Tiedeman Avenue. Vehicles will enter on Tiedeman Avenue and exit onto Walnut Street. Payment by cash or check only.


3rd Annual E-Waste Collection


Recycle computers, TVs, laptops, monitors, printers, hard drives, ink cartridges, batteries, fax machines, modems, and keyboards. (Manuals, boxes, packaging, disks, and software will not be accepted.)

FEES:
  • $15 fee for laptops, computer monitors, and TVs 27 inches or less


  • $25 fee for TVs 28 inches to 39 inches


  • $35 fee for TVs larger than 39 inches


  • $5 fee additional for console TVs


  • Disposal of other items listed above is FREE



Paper Shredding & Food Drive


Securely dispose of sensitive documents, recycle, and help support the Oregon Food Bank.

FEES:
  • One brown, paper grocery bag of shredding per vehicle is FREE with the donation of 2 non-perishable food items


  • $10 for each additional red recycling bin of shredding, minimum fee of $10

Fluorescent Bulbs


Fluorescent bulbs contain mercury along with other toxic substances. Here’s your opportunity to recycle them responsibly and safely.
