The Alternatives Analysis Report comparatively evaluating proposed solutions for the I-5 to 99W Connector project is now available for review and public comment. The Connector project will address the problem of inadequate transportation facilities in the outer southwest quadrant of the Portland metropolitan area by providing a high capacity, limited access corridor connecting I-5 and Highway 99W. The Report examines a range of alternatives that will eventually be narrowed down to a preferred solution. Copies of the Alternatives Analysis Report are now available for review on the project website. Copies of the Alternative Analysis Report (AAR) will also be available at the front desks of the following locations:
