Free House Plans Still AvailableThe City of Tigard records division is offering approximately 500 homeowners copies of their home's blueprints or drawings. The list contains plans for homes built or modified between 2004 and 2005 in Tigard and the unincorporated Bull Mountain area. These are plans which have met State of Oregon records retention guidelines and are ready for destruction. To check whether or not the city has plans for your home, contact Records Specialist, Lora Garland at 503-718-2483 or e-mail cityrecords@tigard-or.gov. Plans/drawings will be given to homeowners at no cost. Photo identification is required at the time of pick up and plans or drawings will only be released to the homeowner of record. |
