WIN Detectives Serve Drug Warrant in Tigard - Two Arrested
On December 17, 2007 at approximately 8 AM, detectives from the Westside Inter-agency Narcotics Team (WIN) served a search warrant at 10710 SW Garden Park Place in Tigard. The warrant culminated an ongoing investigation surrounding a marijuana grow operation at the residence.

Twelve investigators and police personnel from participating agencies assisted. During the execution of the warrant, Dean Loos DOB 090156 and Stanley Fennern DOB 070489 were taken into custody for Distribution, Possession and Manufacture of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) without incident.

During the search of the residence, drug records, packaging materials, scales, marijuana plants and over � pound of dried marijuana was found. Both suspects were lodged at the Washington County Jail. Both suspects will await arraignment.
