Bull Mountain Annexation Plan White Paper Subcommittees Begin Meetings The first meeting of the Bull Mountain Annexation Plan Subcommittee for Police met Monday, February 23. Subcommittees have been formed to study issues for parks, planning, streets and police to assess specific issues identified during public meetings regarding the Bull Mountain Annexation Plan. It is anticipated that all four subcommittees will have their initial meetings scheduled within the next two weeks. The committees will meet regularly and prepare a white paper on their assessments by the end of May.
