Bull Mountain Subcommittees
On January 27th, Tigard City Council established several subcommittees with the purpose of providing for public discussion and understanding of key impacts, including costs and benefits, of annexing the Bull Mountain area. Initially, the subcommittees shall consider several issues: Parks, Police, Planning, and Streets.

The objectives of the subcommittees are:
  • develop an approach for transition of key urban services that occurs through annexation
  • provide additional venue for public involvement and discussion
  • develop a strategy for implementation of the Annexation Plan, e.g., funding, planning, etc.
The subcommittees will consist of equal numbers of private citizens from the Bull Mountain area and inside the City limits, along with City and County staff.

The City is seeking citizens interested in serving on the subcommittees. Please contact Jerree Gaynor at the City of Tigard by February 6th if you are interested in serving on one of the subcommittees: jerree@tigard-or.gov or call 503-718-2447.
