Bull Mountain Coffee Talks The City of Tigard is continuing their Bull Mountain Coffee Talks. Citizens may invite their friends and neighbors to meet with council members and city staff to provide input and receive information about the Bull Mountain Annexation Plan. This is a community effort and citizens both inside the city limits and the Bull Mountain area are invited to host a Coffee Talk.
