Tax Help at the Tigard Public Library

Need help with your taxes this year? The Tigard Public Library will be hosting volunteers from the AARP Tax Help program beginning February 7, 2004 through April 10th. Low income or elderly citizens are invited to sign up for assistance in preparing Federal and State income taxes. Registration begins January 1st, 2004. Please call 503-684-6537 to schedule a one-hour appointment. Be sure to bring last year's tax returns, and have your records organized.

The Tigard Public Library will also have Federal and Oregon state tax forms, and informational publications starting in the first week of January. Please visit the Library or call 503-684-6537 and ask for the Reference Desk for more information.
