Read the Book
The Last Chinese Chef Read the book, The Last Chinese Chef by Nicole Mones.

This exhilarating story transports the reader with the sensual, romantic elements of haute Chinese cuisine. They become the perfect ingredients to lift the troubled soul of a grieving American woman. Mones' captivating story also brings into focus a changing China via the hidden world of high culinary culture. "Mones' achievement appeals not just to devotees of fiction but equally to anyone interested in Chinese cooking." - Booklist
