Friends of the Tigard Library
The Friends of the Tigard Library is a non-profit community organization with one goal: to promote and enhance the services of the Library through fundraising events, volunteer efforts and generous contributions for library programs and services.

Library Board
The function of the Library Board is established in the Tigard Municipal Code (2.36.030).

Library Funding
Since 1976, Tigard Library has participated in a cooperative agreement with Washington County for the provision of library service to all county residents.
