Tigard Maps is an easy to use web-based tool for looking up commonly requested information such as property information, crimes, permits, hazards, aerial photos, utilities, and environmental information.

Entry into Tigard Maps is simple; enter an address or street intersection and Tigard Maps begins processing through various geographic data and City systems.  If you don't have a full address, you can enter a partial address, such as a house number or street, and review a list of candidates that you can choose from.

How Do I Get Started?

Tigard Maps has been developed with ease-of-use in mind. Tigard Maps only requires a valid street address location.  If you don't have an address, you can search based on street intersection and then use the map to select a parcel. The following describes instructions for using Tigard Maps:
Step 1:
The first page of Tigard Maps opens with single search box asking “Where do you want to explore?”  Begin typing an address (e.g., 13125 SW HALL BLVD), an intersection (e.g., BURNHAM CT & HILL ST) or a taxlot ID (e.g., 2S102DA00401) and you will be presented with some suggestions matching what you have typed.  Choose a suggestion and click Search.  You can also click on Search without choosing a selection to see ALL values matching what you’ve typed.
