Public Transportation

The Tigard Transit Center located in downtown Tigard at 8960 SW Commercial Street. Seven bus lines and the WES commuter train connect at the Transit Center. A Park & Ride has 100 car spaces as well as bike lockers and racks.

Westside Express Service (WES) - Commuter Rail

wes stationTriMet's WES (Westside Express Service) is a commuter rail line serving Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin and Wilsonville. WES runs every 30 minutes, Monday
through Friday, during the morning and afternoon rush hour.

To ride WES, you'll need a TriMet ticket. You can purchase a ticket from the ticket vending machine at the station (debit/credit card only); from neighborhood ticket outlets including Safeway, Fred Meyer, New Seasons, Thriftway and Albertsons stores; or on your smart phone. TriMet fares are valid on all TriMet buses, MAX Light Rail, WES Commuter Rail and Portland Streetcar.

WES connects with SMART Transit in Wilsonville; routes within the city of Wilsonville
on SMART are free. However, there is a fare for the Salem Express that goes to and
from Wilsonville and Downtown Salem.
