Parks in Tigard

With more than 300 acres of parks, greenways and natural areas, the City of Tigard
provides a variety of options for recreation, while protecting the area’s natural beauty
and providing valuable wildlife habitat.

Now Accepting 2008 Park Reservations
The city has five park shelters in Cook Park and one in Summerlake Park. These
shelters can be reserved from April 1 through October 12. Shelters are typically
equipped with picnic tables, barbeque grills, electricity and water. Restrooms
are usually located nearby. The largest shelter can accommodate up to 250 people.
