Reserve a Park Shelter or Sports Field

Reservations for the 2017 season will be accepted starting January 3. Whether it is a company picnic, wedding or family reunion, we can help you find the shelter that best suits your needs. Reservations for the rental season are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Generally, the park rental season begins the first Saturday in April and ends the last Sunday in September. Reservations can be made:
 
  • Online, through our online park reservation system (A $5 discount is applied to online reservations.)
  • By fax or email, send application with credit card payment information to 503-684-8840 (fax) or parkres@tigard-or.gov (email).
  • By mail, send application with payment to Tigard Public Works Department, Parks Division, 13125 SW Hall Blvd., Tigard, OR 97223.
  • In-person at the Tigard Public Works Building, 8777 SW Burnham Street, Tigard
    Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

How to reserve a park shelter

Generally, the park rental season begins the first Saturday in April and ends the last Sunday in September. Reservations for the rental season are accepted on a first come, first served basis beginning the first city business day of the year through late September. Reservations can be made:

The city has nine sports fields available for rent. Online reservations are not accepted; reservations can be made:

Special Events

Examples of special events include sports tournaments, walks, fun runs, etc. Reservations can be made:
