Festival Hours
Friday, June 13 & Saturday, June 14: 5:30 a.m.–11 p.m.
Sunday, June 15: 5:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
Balloon Lift Off
The balloons will lift off around 5:30 and 6:30 a.m. on Friday, Saturday
and Sunday (weather and wind conditions permitting). Arrive early
to watch the teams prepare their balloons for lift off. Some
balloons may remain tethered for display until about 8:30 a.m. each morning.
Night Glow
As the sun sets on Friday and Saturday, watch the balloons light up the night sky
(weather and wind conditions permitting). You won’t want to miss this colorful event!
Admission Fee
The Balloon Festival will occupy all of Cook Park. Anyone wishing to gain entrance to the park during the festival will need to purchase an admission pass.
Three-day festival admission passes are $7 at the gate, or $5 if purchased in advance at www.tigardballoon.org.
On Friday, Z100 is sponsoring admission and unlimited carnival rides for $15.
Kids age 6 and under are free!
Parking Fee & Traffic
Parking provided at Tigard High School for a $5 daily fee to benefit the THS Boosters and the THS Breakfast Rotary.
Millen Drive & Martha Street will be closed at 92nd Avenue from 6:30 p.m. Friday, June 13
until noon on Sunday, June 15.
