Different Hours, Same Great Service
Beginning Monday, July 2, most city offices will change business hours to implement budget reductions necessary to maintain the city’s long-term financial health. Our commitment to providing residents with high-quality programs and services remains strong.

A change in hours, but we're still here:
  1. City hall, public works and the permit center business offices will be open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and closed on Friday.
  2. Essential services provided by police and public works will continue to be accessible all day, every day.
  3. The Tigard Public Library will be closed all day Thursday.
    Effective Monday, July 2, library open hours will be:
    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 10 a.m.–9 p.m.
    • Saturday: 10 a.m.–6 p.m. and Sunday: Noon–6 p.m.

Reserve shelters online and save $5 | Cook Park or Summerlake Park
Reserve a shelter or a sports field by calling 503-718-2641, M–Th., 8 a.m.–6 p.m.

Security Alarm Permits
Pay for a new permit or renewal online.

Traffic Ticket(s)
Pay a Court Fine Online
Mail your check to Tigard Municipal Court, 13125 SW Hall Blvd, Tigard, OR 97223
Call court staff at 503-718-2478, M–Th., 8 a.m.–6 p.m. to discuss payment options.

Utility/Water Bill
Pay your Utility Bill online | More Info
Mail your payment to Tigard Utility Billing, PO Box 3129, Portland, OR 97208.
Call 503-718-2460 to discuss payment options including automatic withdrawal



Community Policing Tip Line
Email information to tips@tigard-or.gov or call 503-718-COPS.
Please remember that the tip line is not suited for everything. For emergencies and crimes in progress, always call 9-1-1.

Nuisance Violation (tall grass, illegal signs, etc.)
File a complaint online. Call 503-718-2441 for the code compliance information line. (Report issues like tall grass and weeds, sidewalks choked by brush or a home business operating without a license.)

Police Non-Emergency
Call 503-629-0111 to report crimes like graffiti, damage to public property or stolen property.

Street Hazard (pothole, traffic sign in need of attention, flooding)
Report online.

Streetlight Outage
Report to PGE online or call PGE (24/7) at 1-800-544-1795 (press 3)

Traffic Complaints
Report neighborhood traffic nuisances (speeding, abandoned vehicles, etc.)

Building Inspection
Call the 24-hour inspection line at 503-639-4175. Building Services uses an automated inspection request system which is available 24/7. Use it to schedule an inspection, cancel an inspection or get building inspection results. Call 503-639-4175 to access the system.

Library Materials: Renew
Log on or call the Renewal Phone Line at 503-846-3245. You'll need your library card number and password available when requesting renewals.
