Legislative Public Hearing - DCA2012-00003: MASCO Development Code Amendment
Masco Administrative Services has requested the Tigard Planning Commission and
City Council consider a text amendment to the Tigard Community Development Code.
The amendment would alter Land Use Table 18.530.1 (Industrial Zones) to change
Industrial Services from a prohibited land
use to a restricted land use within the I-P: Industrial Park Zoning
District.

2013-14 Budget Consideration
On Monday night, May 6, Tigard's Budget Committee approved a proposed budget for the city's 2013-2014
Fiscal Year. This approved budget is a "level budget" that continues funding services at their
current level and is sustainable for the next three to five years; avoiding service cuts
similar to those made last year.

The Tigard Police Department has in its physical possession the unclaimed personal
property described below. If you have any ownership interest in any of that unclaimed
property, you must file a claim with the Tigard Police Department within 30 days
from the date of publication of this notice, or you will lose your interest in
that property. Satisfactory proof of lawful ownership must be presented before
property will be returned; such proof may consist of an accurate description
of the unclaimed property.
Various bicycles, audio/video equipment, cameras, jewelry, computer equipment,
personal items, money, auto accessories, tools, sporting goods and other
miscellaneous items.
