(VAR) 2010-00002 - WALL STREET EXTENSION (FIELDS)
The applicant is requesting approval for an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to remove Goal 5
protection from Tigard Significant Wetlands and the riparian corridor surrounding Fanno Creek in
order to extend Wall Street across City of Tigard property and Fanno Creek to his property.
Sensitive Lands Review is required for proposed work within the 100-year floodplain and wetlands.
The applicant is also requesting an adjustment to the street improvement standards in order to
construct a narrower street section than required by code. Tree removal permits to remove
trees within the sensitive lands were submitted under a separate application.

The city is requesting to amend the Tigard Comprehensive Plan incorporating the "Significant Tree
Groves" Map and to amend the Tigard Development Code (Title 18) Chapters 18.115, 18.120, 18.310,
18.330, 18.350, 18.360, 18.370, 18.390, 18.530, 18.610, 18.620, 18.630, 18.640, 18.715, 18.745, 18.775,

- Notice of System Development Charge Modification
The City of Tigard hereby issues public notice, pursuant to ORS 223.304, of its intent
to modify its Parks System Development Charge.
Tigard's park SDCs were last updated in 2005. Following an extensive public input process,
the City Council adopted the Park System Master Plan Update in 2009 and accepted
the Tigard Greenways Trail System Master Plan in 2011. The final plans identify
and prioritize numerous city park and trail projects which now need to be
incorporated into the park SDCs.
A public hearing to take comments regarding the proposed modifications to the Parks System
Development Charge is scheduled for 7 p.m., Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at City Hall.
If you wish to comment but cannot attend the public hearing, please address
