The City of Tigard's
Water Conservation Artwork Contest
Fourteen entries will be chosen and used in the creation of the 2010 water conservation calendar. This year's
theme is, "Think green, go blue. Conserve water!"
Each piece of original artwork submitted must have an entry form taped or glued to the back. Those schools with at least one
class participating in the contest will receive 100 of the 2010 calendars. All classes that participate will
receive 30 calendars. In addition, each student that has a poster selected for the calendar will receive a prize,
a certificate and have their artwork displayed at the Tigard Library during National Drinking Water Week
(May 3–9, 2009). Home schooled students living within the Tigard Water Service Area are also encouraged
to participate in this year's contest.
