General Information
Purchasing is part of the Financial Operations division of Financial and
Information Services and provides the central purchasing
functions for the City of Tigard. Items such as office supplies, computer
equipment, vehicles, heavy equipment, and many other products and services
are procured through this office by the competitive contracting process, i.e.,
Request for Quotes, Request for
Proposals and Invitation to Bid.
Public Contracting Rules
The Public Contracting Rules apply to all contracting, purchasing, and disposing of
personal property by the City of Tigard but do not apply to acquisition, sale or other transfer of
real property.
