The Tigard Transportation System Plan (Adobe Acrobat format) is a 250 page document created by the consulting firm of DKS Associates, along with the City's staff to implement a plan for the next 20 years which will:

Create a blue print for transportation investment
Enable the City to make prudent and effective choices regarding land use
Provide a coordination tool with regional and nearby agencies
Fulfill state mandate (goal 12)
Address existing and future transportation needs

The Transportation System Plan (TSP) was adopted by Council on January 8, 2002 and became effective on February 7, 2002. Because of the length of the document, we have created a variety of viewing options. You may navigate and view the Tigard Transportation System Plan in its entirety or you may view the document chapter by chapter selecting a specific chapter below.

The TSP is also available for viewing at the Tigard Public Library and also at the Planning/Engineering Counter in City Hall. A copy of the TSP may be purchased at the Planning/Engineering Counter for $50.00.
